ROSC o Recovery Oriented System of Care è una rete coordinata di servizi basati sulla comunità che è centrata sulla persona e si basa sui punti di forza e sulla resilienza di individui, famiglie e comunità (1). 

Questo documento fornisce una prospettiva sul recente concetto di sistemi di cura orientati al recupero rispetto alle sue origini nel passato e al suo status nel presente, prima di considerare le direzioni in cui tali sistemi potrebbero muoversi in futuro.
