Drug Addiction Free Africa Director and ICUDDR Implement UTC Training among Universities in Uganda

Drug Addiction Free Africa (www.drugsfreeafrica.org) director and International Consortium of Universities for Drug Demand Reduction (ICUDDR) (www.icuddr.org) are currently implementing UTC Training among Universities in Uganda. Forty-six 46 participants registered.

The long terms goals of the collaboration are:

I. Promote Education and Training in the Field of Substance Use Prevention and Treatment among Universities in Uganda

II. Advance Applied Addictions-Related Treatment and Prevention Research among Universities in Uganda

III. Credentialing Professionals Workforce among Universities in Uganda

IV. Support Universities in Uganda to Network and Coordination Worldwide

V. Facilitate Enhanced Multidisciplinary Integration in the Applied Addiction Fields among Universities in Uganda
