Jacqueline Anundo is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in mental health treatment, training, and research. Ms Blyum is originally from Kazakhstan. She is currently obtaining her PhD degree at SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program in Interdisciplinary Research on Substance Use, CA, the USA following successful completion of Doctoral Candidacy defence in December 2020. Her dissertation focuses on resilience to alcohol use disorders in transitional-age youth. Dr. Karin Haar, MMed, MPH works as international consultant in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation section (PTRS) at the UNODC headquarter in Vienna. She joined the team three and a half years ago and has since supported the implementation of family skills programmes worldwide. I am a Hubert Humphrey 2016/2017 alumni, universal treatment course coordinator, consultant addiction psychiatrist and a public health physician that works at the Centre for Addiction Treatment, Education, Research, and Advocacy of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria, from 2013 till date. Mr. Iqbal Masud is working more than two decades on drug addiction prevention and treatment program. He is heading the Health and WASH Sector as Director of Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM). His main responsibilities are implementing health-related projects, conduct study/ research, providing technical support in hospital management, staff capacity development, operating drug treatment and rehabilitation centers, and ensuring the quality of health services since February 1998. Currently he is overseeing three Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers for male and one similar center for female.

Daniel Ikenna Molobe is a social development consultant with functional expertise that spanned over a decade in programs and research. He has spent a major part of his career in social interventions and public health activities having worked with both local and international organizations. In Uruguay’s 2021-2025 National Drug Strategy, the issue of drugs is deemed as a complex and dynamic phenomenon that involves various areas and parameters regarding the nature, causes, development and approach associated with it. It requires the design of customized answers to sufficiently cover the needs of society as a whole. 

Léna works at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Headquarter in Vienna. On the national level, she works in two cooperative and participatory, whose aim is to upgrade, publish and enhance data sets of regions, and propose a legal analysis of the political speeches of political actors. Finally she volunteered in the OSE association, where she had to guide socially marginalized young immigrants through courses in order to encourage and gain their professional integration (by giving them French, history and sociology lessons).

Mulka Nisic is Regional Project Manager at the NGO Celebrate Recovery working on the Balkan Project Choose Recovery which aims to improve the situation of people in recovery and those who are still struggling with addiction. She is also part of the World Federation Against Drug Gender Working Group and RUN- Recovered Users Network - a network which provides a voice for people in recovery from addiction and promotes and shares the experience of recovery, on both the political and practical levels.

Nkporbu, Aborlo Kennedy is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Mental Health at the University of Port Harcourt. He is also a   Fellow of the West African College of Physicians and Consultant Nueropsychiatrist/ Mental Health Physician. He also sub-specialises in Public Mental Health, Neuropharmacology and Addiction Medicine.  Dr Nkporbu has a Masters degree in Pharmacology and has also completed a Masters in Public Health.
