ISSUP Bahamas Chapter is Preparing for World Drug Day Webinar on June 26, 2023. 2023 Theme: “People first: stop stigma and discrimination, strengthen prevention.”

The ISSUP Bahamas National Chapter was formally launched on 2 February 2023 at the University of the Bahamas.  The theme for the launch was 'the dawn of a new era in addiction prevention, treatment and recovery'.

This in-person and online event was attended by a variety of organisations in the Bahamas, plus international attendance from CICAD and ISSUP Global.

15 ve 22 Ekim 2022 tarihlerinde Ulusal LEAD Enstitüsü Okul Temelli Şiddeti Önleme Eğitimi gerçekleştirdi

The Universal Prevention Curriculum and the Universal Treatment Curriculum provide training programs for those wishing to develop their professional knowledge, skills, and competence in addressing substance use prevention and delivering treatment services to individuals and their families.

The National LEAD Institute facilitated an MRT Facilitators Certification Training for thirteen participants from various government agencies. This training took place from March 29 to April 1, 2022.

The National LEAD Institute, a Community Correctional Organization based in The Bahamas, recently undertook a training session in case management and crisis intervention. Read on for more information about the courses.
