Το CHATAR και το ISSUP Afghanistan National Chapter ξεκίνησαν ένα εργαστήριο με θέμα την «Εισαγωγή του Global ISSUP και του Afghanistan National Chapter» στις 3 Δεκεμβρίου στην Καμπούλ. Οι συμμετέχοντες ήταν κυρίως συντονιστές κέντρων απεξάρτησης που διευθύνονται από το Υπουργείο Δημόσιας Υγείας του Αφγανιστάν.
