در 8 مارچ 2021، بخش ISSUP پاکستان و بنیاد M A Jinnah (Regd)، Sialkot با همکاری مجمع جوانان پاکستان (برای پیشگیری از مصرف مواد مخدر) این رویداد را برای تجلیل از "روز جهانی زن" در مرکز نوتوانی زندگی (برای پیشگیری از مصرف مواد، درمان و توانبخشی)، Sialkot سازماندهی کردند.
