ISSUP UK presents its relaunch webinar, “Recognising the Overlooked Impact of Substance Use Bereavement.” The webinar will explore the experiences of those affected by substance use bereavement, including the impact of stigma, culture and complex grief, and consider compassionate approaches to support bereaved individuals and families.

Adfam and Clean Slate Clinic are coming together this September for Recovery Month, to focus on the people who are so often overlooked in conversations about substance use: the families, partners and friends who support their loved ones.

The International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP) is pleased to announce the establishment of the ISSUP UK National Chapter, a consortium comprising three organisations with significant expertise in the substance use field.

Vào ngày 4 tháng 6 năm 2024, ISSUP UK đã kết thúc khóa học Giới thiệu về Phòng ngừa Dựa trên Bằng chứng (INEP) Plus đầu tiên, một nỗ lực hợp tác giữa Đại học West London, ISSUP UK, ISSUP Global và Đại học Charles (CUNI) ở Praha, những người đã phát triển tài liệu khóa học. 

ISSUP UK giới thiệu hội thảo trên web sắp tới vào ngày 21 tháng 5 về "Các can thiệp để hỗ trợ những người vô gia cư có vấn đề sử dụng chất kích thích ở Vương quốc Anh."

Khóa học INEP-UK Plus đầu tiên bắt đầu vào tháng 2 năm 2024 và những người tham gia là những người thực hành của nhiều ngành với một số cũng làm việc trong các lĩnh vực chính sách, vận hành và y tế công cộng. Họ có nền tảng chuyên môn khác nhau bao gồm y tế, giáo dục, tư pháp hình sự và các lĩnh vực chăm sóc xã hội.
