INTRODUCTION: Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) can capture fluctuations in an individual’s recovery while minimizing recall bias by collecting real-time data in daily life. Ecological Momentary Interventions (EMIs) build on EMA to provide patients with timely, real-world support.
