Dear Colleagues,

I hope that you are all doing well and are safe.  I wanted to share some resources that we are tracking and find useful in the U.S.:

Support

Cary Hopkins Eyles, MA, CAP - 18 March 2020

Greetings all!

This is a scary time.  I began to add some resources and news but I stopped myself as most of you have access to so much information right now and sometimes that adds to our anxiety.  If you are visiting this forum because you need support and ideas on how to handle stress during this time, I would like to be of assistance.  I will be adding suggestions, resources, and links to support mental health, recovery, and self-care during the pandemic.

Be well, Cary Hopkins Eyles, MA, CAP, RYT
