Скрининг на алкоголь, краткие консультации и направление на лечение (SBIRT) в рамках первичной медико-санитарной помощи являются эффективной стратегией снижения потребления алкоголя на популяционном уровне. Тем не менее, имеются относительно скудные данные о его экономической отдаче в странах с невысоким уровнем дохода. Целью настоящего документа является оценка программы SBIRT в учреждениях первичной медико-санитарной помощи Мексики.
