Strengthening Mental Health Support Skills for Teachers & Counsellors

In response to the growing need for mental health support in schools, OAPTAR and ISSUP Malaysia in collaboration with the Sarawak State Health Department and the District Education Office, conducted a two-day capacity-building workshop titled “Strengthening Mental Health Support Skills for Teachers and Counsellors."
Strengthening Families, Strengthening Futures — A Community-Based Family Program
In partnership with local leaders and frontline professionals, the Organization for Addiction Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation (OAPTAR) and ISSUP Malaysia has successfully implemented a community-based Family Program in rural Sarawak, Malaysia. This initiative is grounded in evidence-based principles to strengthen family bonds, build resilience, and prevent substance use among adolescents.

Από τις 8 έως τις 12 Οκτωβρίου, η ISSUP Malaysia ήταν ενθουσιασμένη που συμμετείχε στην Healthy for Life EXPO 2024 στο Meditel, Sarawak General Hospital!
Στο διαδραστικό μας περίπτερο, παρουσιάσαμε τη σημασία της ψυχικής υγείας μέσα από συναρπαστικά παιχνίδια όπως κυνήγι λέξεων, παζλ και κουίζ. Οι επισκέπτες όλων των ηλικιών απολάμβαναν να δοκιμάζουν το μυαλό τους, ενώ μάθαιναν βασικές συμβουλές για να καλλιεργήσουν την ψυχική τους ευεξία.
