My name is Brian, I work with USAID in the Kyrgyz Republic. We are seeing younger people contracting HIV and but seem to have the PWIDs (typically male, 40-50) population saturated in HIV treatment and prevention. We have heard from partners that there is a growing use of synthetics and amphetamines among the younger population, but would love to speak to a researcher or organization that may better have their finger on the pulse of young users.
