ISSUP Bangladesh serves as a national professional platform for practitioners, researchers, policymakers, service providers, and organizations working in substance use prevention, treatment , recovery , research, and policy advocacy in Bangladesh. 

The chapter aims to strengthen professional capacity, promote evidence-based practices, and facilitate knowledge exchange at both national and international levels. Through collaboration, training, advocacy, and research dissemination, ISSUP Bangladesh supports a coordinated and effective public health response to substance use challenges in the country. 

Aligned with ISSUP’s global vision, the chapter works to:
