On 16 September 2014, European Union (EU) the Member States, represented by the Committee on National Alcohol Policy and Action (CNAPA), endorsed the Action Plan on Youth Drinking and on Heavy Episodic Drinking (Binge Drinking) (2014-2016). 

The Action Plan was intended to complement the EU Strategy to Support Member States in Reducing Alcohol-related Harm and to provide a means to strengthen long-standing policy implementation work from the Member States in the area of alcohol while addressing key identified areas, namely youth drinking and heavy episodic drinking (HED).

Úmrtí způsobená drogou fentanyl jsou ve Velké Británii na vzestupu, varuje nedávná zpráva zveřejněná Poradním sborem pro zneužívání drog (ACMD). 

Zpráva, která obsahovala přehled literatury o účincích fentanylu, podrobnosti o zneužívání sloučeniny a shrnutí souvisejících škod, jak jsou zdokumentovány mezinárodně a ve Velké Británii , zjistila, že úmrtí související s fentanylem vzrostla z osmi v roce 2008 na 135 v roce 2017.

Fentanyl je silný opioidní lék používaný k léčbě silné bolesti. Lék funguje tak, že napodobuje přirozené léky proti bolesti těla, nazývané endorfiny, které blokují zprávy...

The EU Drug Markets Report 2019 is the third comprehensive overview of illicit drug markets in the European Union by the EMCDDA and Europol. 

The analysis presented in the report examines topics such as the links between drugs and other crimes, the licit economy and society more generally as well as the processes and players involved in the trade, from production and trafficking to distribution.
