    We are in the field of counselling just as when we are in a hotel and we select our food from menu list.we order and we eat joyfully.
    Imagine please,we are sitting in a self/professional  Grooming hotel and we have menu  in our hands..we are reading it.
    We look our surroundings and observe no one is there,we are alone in a big hall.after reading that menu ,we decide nothing is special here.we put the menu card on the table and walked outside and got nothing except deprivation.

    Its like a running water of a beautiful stream.
    When water is  blocked by any means ,it losts its continuity and converted into stagnant pool..
    After some time this stagnancy produces ill smell and we can listen  reptiles voices from this too .its all due to stopped water..

Prochaska,s Change Model is amazing,fantastic .we can apply it in other behavioral interventions too.
Stages are 1.Precontemplation Stage
2.Contemplation stage
3.Preparation stage
4.Action stage
5.Maintenance stage.
And results of healthy and unhealthy maintenance.
(Recovery or Relapse)
At first stage,patient is unable to see his or her problems and does not want any change.

Ce domaine offre un regard positif  aux patients et utilise un vocabulaire et des termes positifs à cet égard.maintenant dans les littératures modernes sur le traitement de la toxicomanie, la personne souffrant d’un trouble lié à l’utilisation de substances est utilisée au lieu de Addict.Ce type de soins émotionnels est digne d’éloges et très appréciable pour réduire ou minimiser la honte et la culpabilité.

most patients with alcohol dependence do not complete their therapy. they drop out after two to three months of clinical follow-up. now i have a patient who is in his second month of abstinence.

The UNODC Regional Office for Central Asia held a Regional Training of Trainers (ToT) on Course 13 – “Contingency Management: A Reinforcement Based Treatment” which took place in person in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 27-29 July 2022. This course is a part of the Advanced Level of the Universal Treatment Curriculum for Substance Use Disorders (UTC training package).

The twenty (20) members of the national team of trainers from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan attended the training delivered by the team of UTC Regional Master Trainers.
