Background

Healthcare workers across the world have risen to the demands of treating COVID-19 patients, potentially at significant cost to their own health and wellbeing. There has been increasing recognition of the potential mental health impact of COVID-19 on frontline workers and calls to provide psychosocial support for them. Východiska a cíle

Z evropských zemí je kouřením tabáku mladistvými obzvláště znepokojena Francie, zejména ve znevýhodněném socioekonomickém prostředí. Měřili jsme příslušný příspěvek kouření rodičů a uspořádání rodinného života k sociálním rozdílům v kouření během dospívání.

Celkem 13 314 dospívajících odpovědělo na dotazník psaný tužkou a papírem o vlastní spotřebě tabáku a kouření jejich rodičů.

Tato zpráva předkládá analýzu drogových trhů v regionu Evropská politika sousedství – východ zahrnující Arménii, Ázerbájdžán, Bělorusko, Gruzii, Moldavsko a Ukrajinu. Zpráva se zaměřuje na poskytování poznatků o výrobě, obchodování, prodeji, užívání a škodách způsobených drogami a obsahuje údaje a informace ze studií provedených v letech 2019 až 2022 v rámci projektu EU4Monitoring Drugs, který financuje Evropská komise.

Na závěr je uveden výhled na klíčové oblasti politiky a praxe při řešení problémů vznikajících trhů s drogami.

Novel public health interventions are needed to address the toxic drug supply and meet the needs of people who use drugs amidst the overdose crisis. V této zprávě Rada pro výzkum v oblasti zdraví představuje výsledky studie, jejímž cílem bylo odhadnout prevalenci problematického užívání opiátů v Irsku v letech 2015 až 2019 pomocí čtyřzdrojové metody zachycování a opětovného zachycení . 

Klíčová zjištění:

Celkově bylo v Irsku v roce 2019 odhadem 19 875 problematických uživatelů opiátů

Většina problémových uživatelů opiátů byli muži (72,3 %) 

V roce 2019 bylo v Dublinu 11 729 problematických uživatelů opiátů

Více než dvě třetiny (72,93) problematických uživatelů opiátů byly ve věkové skupině 35–64 let.

The EMCDDA and the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL) are delighted to open registration today for two upcoming joint events in 2023: the European Drugs Winter School (EDWS) and the European Drugs Summer School (EDSS) (1)(2).
