Buenas tardes, excelente aporte, mediante este artículo, se genera evidencia y además se puede notar, que el alcohol constituye una puerta de entrada a otros tipos de drogas, como es el caso de la combinación de alcohol y cocaína, de la cual se desprende esta mortífera interacción formando este metabolito que logra generar mayor toxicidad en nuestro cuerpo, generando de esta manera un mayor consumo de estas dos sustancias.

Al considerar al alcohol como una droga local, junto con las condiciones sociales, se propicia mayor consumo en nuestra sociedad.

The DIMS annual report 2022 covers the concentrations, adulterations, and other relevant information produced by DIMS in the past year, and in doing so forms a topical image of the Dutch drug market. Spread out over all Dutch provinces, the DIMS network encompasses 32 testing-facilities providing nation-wide coverage. The 2024 Global Event will be held in Thessaloniki, Greece between 24th & 28th June, 2024. The event is organised by ISSUP and ISSUP Greece, INL, the Centers for the Prevention of Addictions, the Promotion of Psychosocial Health SEIRIOS and ICUDDR.  The event will take place in the historic center of Thessaloniki, on the premises of the ‘International Exhibition & Congress Centre of TIF-HELEXPO’ and surrounding conference rooms in museums and social institutions.

Key Points

Question  What treatments for cocaine use disorder are associated with objective reductions in cocaine use among adults?

Findings  In this meta-analysis of 157 clinical trials comprising 402 treatment groups and 15 842 participants, only contingency management programs were significantly associated with an increased likelihood of having a negative test result for the presence of cocaine, and this association remained significant in all sensitivity analyses.
