Process Evaluation

Process evaluation focuses on understanding how a program or intervention is implemented, measuring what activities are carried out, for whom they are delivered, and how well they align with the intended design and objectives. It aims to enhance current programs by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and to help determine whether implementation meets quality and performance standards.
