The first-ever Universal Recovery Curriculum (URC) training for Peer Recovery Support Professionals was held in Tanga City from 11–16 December 2025, marking a major milestone in advancing recovery-oriented care in Tanzania. The event was opened by Dr. Peter Mfisi from the Drug Control and Enforcement Authority (DCEA) and closed by Tanga’s Deputy Mayor, Mr. Khalidi Rashid, highlighting strong national and local government backing.

Cinq jours de formation en Thérapie Médicalement Assistée (MAT) - MOROGORO

Les agents de santé de la clinique MAT de la prison de Kihonda à Morogoro ont reçu un programme de formation MAT pour améliorer leurs compétences afin d’améliorer la prestation de services aux personnes souffrant de dépendance aux opioïdes. Une grande partie du contenu a été dérivée du programme de traitement universel et présentée par des formateurs certifiés UTC.
