Durante los días 21 y 22 de abril, la Universidad Salvadoreña Alberto Masferrer (USAM) —institución anfitriona del Capítulo Nacional de ISSUP El Salvador— fue sede de un encuentro con diversas iglesias y organizaciones basadas en la fe (OBF). El objetivo central fue otorgar formación especializada en prevención, tratamiento y recuperación para personas en situación de vulnerabilidad y con consumo problemático de sustancias.
