Thank You UNODC for this report and for the work towards reducing the use of psychoactive drugs in the world. Its unfortunate that the report shows that there are 87 new substances coming on the market. This calls for more efforts geared to prevention of substance abuse especially among the youth especially since the report shows in Africa, the adolescents are using more drugs.
