National Recovery Month was celebrated in Kenya on Friday 27th September with an event at the Empower Her Recovery Centre - Nueva Annex (Ngewa House) with the theme Empowering Women in Recovery. ISSUP Kenya Director, Dr Pamela Kaithuru meets with Kenyan Parliamentary Representative, Hon. Antoney Kibagendi to explore collaboration between the civil society organisation and the Government.

Honorable Kibagendi is the Member of Parliament for the Kitutu Chache constituency and the Chairperson of the Parliamentarians Against Drugs and Substance Abuse Caucus.
