Stimulants are a class of drugs that act on the central nervous system, increasing alertness, energy, and attention while elevating mood. They achieve these effects by enhancing the activity of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain.

Many stimulant-related hazards are linked to intensive, high-dose, or long-term usage. Sự kiện này được tổ chức bởi ISSUP và ISSUP Hy Lạp, INL, Trung tâm Phòng chống Nghiện, Thúc đẩy Sức khỏe Tâm lý Xã hội SEIRIOS và ICUDDR. The global survey is part of a broader consultation process in preparation for the 2024 Mid-term review of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs. It aims to gather inputs from NGOs working on drug policy issues around the world.

By participating in the survey, you will contribute to a collective civil society voice that will be presented prior to the 67th CND and other relevant fora. Your responses will inform the development of a civil society report that will be jointly published by VNGOC & NYNGOC in 2024.
