ISSUP Malaysia was established in August 2022 and is headed by the President of the host organization, Ms. Cindy Biding, assisted by a team of executive committee members. We will pursue the purpose of ISSUP, its mission and vision in developing a network of trained and knowledgeable substance use professionals in Malaysia and beyond.
