Family of patient has emotional approach to deal the issue.thay have anger,pittiness, resentments, helplessness,
disapointments,etc.These emotions and mental condition effects perceptions,thinking abd decision making.Emotional vulnerability has a potential to change...

Addiction treatment field is growing rapidly on EBP. This field is offering positive  regard to patients and using positive vocabulary and terms in this regard.now in modern literatures on Addiction treatment ,person with substance use disorder is being used instead of Addict.This kind of emotional care is praise worthy and highly appreciable to reduce or minimize shame and guilt.

most patients with alcohol dependence do not complete their therapy. they drop out after two to three months of clinical follow-up. now i have a patient who is in his second month of abstinence.
