     STEP 1
We admitted that we are less knowledgeable than demand of profession which makes our lives unsatisfactory.
    STEP 2
We came to believe that power greater than us can make us more knowledgeable by providing scientific ways to treat patients and families.
    STEP 3
Made a decision to turn our will and our  time over to the books and seniors as we have.
    STEP 4
Make a searching and fearless moral inventory of our actions in practice.
    STEP 5
Admit to God,to ourselves and to another professional about exact nature of  professional weakness.
    STEP 6
Be entirely ready to have Supervisor to improve our professional knowledge and skills
    STEP 7
Obidiently ask him to improve our professionalism.
    STEP 8
Make a list of all clients who are professionally harmed by our poor skills and become willing to make amends by improving knowledge to treat new ones.
    STEP 9
Make indirect/direct amends to all clients by shifting our professional strengths and committment to all.
    STEP 10
Continue to take professional inventory, and when you are insufficient, seek supervision.
    STEP 11
Seek through reading and senior s to improve  personal contact with profession as you understand it and praying only for knowledge and power to carry out that.
    STEP 12
Have a professional shinning as the result of these steps and to carry this knowledge to other professionals and to practice these skills in all your professional responsibilities.

Woow, I love this, so relatable. Love the way you turn the 12 steps around to focus on the therapist.

If you're trying to stay anonymous, the empress as intentions could be hinting at your true feelings toward someone. Remaining in the shadows while sending subtle signals won't get you very far - at some point, you'll need to step into the light of day and openly tell her how you really feel.
