Welcome to the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP) Zambia National Chapter.
ISSUP is a global, membership-based network that supports the development of a skilled, evidence-based workforce in the field of substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery. With National Chapters across the world, ISSUP connects professionals, organizations, and communities to share knowledge, resources, and best practices in addressing substance use and mental health challenges.
As the Zambian National Chapter, ISSUP Zambia serves as the country’s link to this international network, ensuring that global expertise and innovations are adapted to meet Zambia’s unique needs. Our Chapter brings together professionals, government bodies, academic institutions, and civil society to foster collaboration, build capacity, and strengthen the national response to substance use.
Together with ISSUP International, we are committed to advancing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services and to creating a healthier and more resilient, substance-free Zambia.
