ISSUP Uganda in collaboration with Butabika National Referral Mental Hospital – DAP Accredited Training Provider is pleased to announce new dates for the in person Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) for Addiction Management training;
The overall goal of the training series is to reduce the significant health, social, and economic problems associated with SUDs by building international treatment capacity through training, professionalizing, and expanding the global treatment and prevention workforce. These trainings prepare partcipants for professional certification at the entry level by providing the latest information about SUDs and their treatment and facilitating hands-on activities to develop skills, confidence, and competence.
The training sessions provide a series of training materials for knowledge, skill development of treatment professionals and a comprehensive overview of the nature of change and an understanding of the process and elements of treatment and prevention for substance use disorders (SUDs)
Training Dates: 23rd March to 3rd April 2026.
Venue: Butabika Hospital (Physical & Online options available)
Fees: 450,000 Ugx or $127
