Youth March on the occasion of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking 2026

On the occasion of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the ISSUP Bangladesh Chapter and Dhaka Ahsania Mission will jointly observe the day through a Youth March and a series of awareness-raising activities. The Youth March will be held on 26 June 2026 from the Star gate of Ramna Park (in front of Matshaw Bhaban Gate) to Osman Gani Sarak to Karjon Hall, Dhaka University road at the morning 08.00 am. The march will be ended at the gate of Karjon Hall, Dhaka University. Above 100 youths will attend the march. Through this youth march, the youth will demand for the evidence based prevention intervention to protect young generation from the drug addiction and save world. 

The ISUUP Bangladesh Chapter will also join the government program like- anti-drug rally and human chain at national level where around 200 individuals, professionals, health service providers and youths will attend the rally and human chain. After the march the youth will attend the discussion program organized by Department of Narcotics Control, Ministry of Home at the Osmani Auditorium, Dhaka. 

To support these initiatives, the ISSUP Bangladesh Chapter and Dhaka Ahsania Mission has developed T-shirts, caps, and educational materials (leaflet) aimed at promoting drug prevention.
