In this training, you will learn how to gather client information during intake, conduct screenings to determine the presence and severity of substance use, and carry out thorough assessments. It also covers how to create individualized treatment plans based on the client’s needs and goals. Importantly, UTC 5 emphasizes the importance of clear, ethical, and accurate documentation at every step, ensuring quality care and professional accountability.
