Project Self-Sustainability in Africa

Recently I advertised a free UTC training course and most of the invited trainees asked me whether I was going to refund their transport, pay for their meals, and pay them allowances.
A question to my fellow Africans: "Is it possible for a project to attain self-sustainability status in Africa?" Give a testimony if you can. Thank you
That's unreasonable they are already getting the training for free!.... what was your response?
I responded with the question "How would it benefit if you attended this training?" The purpose of the question is to help them reflect on the benefits of the training so they can value it enough to pay a price for it

Thanks for that initiative, how about if u could partner with other organisation of government entities to deliver that kind of training
