
Ms. Fan Yang is a Foreign Affairs Officer within the Office of Global Programs & Policy in the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.
Ms. Yang manages the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) grant, the Claremont Graduate School Media Prevention Program, the conversion of the Universal Prevention Curriculum to an instructor-led online platform, and programming related to youth, women, and prevention.
She previously worked for the US Department of Labor as the Senior Research Coordinator responsible for the annual production of congressionally mandated reporting on child labor. Ms. Yang has also worked at Peace Corps as a desk officer supporting countries in West and Central Africa and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo and Chad.
She has a Master of Science in development management from American University, a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and Asian studies from Hampshire College, and speaks French and Chinese.
