Nursing Officers are a unique group of professionals who deal with patients and their loved ones. Their contribution to patients and the community in drug prevention and treatment becomes very effective with the development of their skills, attitudes and knowledge. A unique program was held here under the participatory learning method.

The program trained 50 officers to enhance their soft skills and how they can be used in the community, residential treatment programs, and community prevention models in general. Their post-evaluations noted that the program, which consisted of small group activities and large group presentations, was very effective.
