Highlights

• -Nearly 10% of Hispanic church attendees met criteria for probable AUD.
• -Over half of those with AUD sought help from healthcare providers (30%), clergy (13%), or both (8%).
• -Self-perceived need for treatment and clergy help-seeking were associated with help-seeking from healthcare providers.
• -Having no health insurance was the only significant predictor of help-seeking from clergy.
