The CCA Commission has launched a new stakeholder survey to support the ongoing strengthening of the International Credential for
Addiction
Professionals (ICAP). This initiative is part of the Commission’s RoadMap for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and its accreditation readiness programme and future application for accreditation with ISO/IEC17024 and ISO9001.
The survey will help us better understand:
- Awareness and perceptions of ICAP
- The relevance of ICAP across practice, education, workforce development, and policy
- Barriers and opportunities for recognition and uptake
- Areas for improvement in credentialing systems and stakeholder engagement
The survey is available in English, Spanish, French, Brazilian-Portuguese, Swahili, and Arabic.
