The Maine Nursing Preceptor Education Program registration is now open. Learners from across the globe are welcome. This fall program is fully virtual. Learners will complete 7 synchronous on demand modules followed by two live, virtual half day experiential workshops Oct 28th and Oct 29th. Join us.
The literature tells us that properly on-boarded nurses by trained preceptors, can impact retention, satisfaction, and patient care.
