Boomer Rose

Boomer Rose is Co-Founder of The PRR Group and Director of its Federal Health and Human Services Division. A grateful recovering addict who is justice-impacted and formerly homeless, Boomer is an advocate for vulnerable communities and brings that lived experience to every system he builds. It shapes PRR's focus as a systems integrator serving government agencies and human services organizations working in recovery, reentry, and anti-trafficking. Boomer leads PRR's human services technology, including Clarity, a case management platform built to be the system human services runs on, and BRIGHT, a coordinated referral network developed with the University of South Florida's Trafficking in Persons Risk to Resilience Lab. His work connects frontline providers, law enforcement, and federal partners through secure, compliant data infrastructure, so that the people these systems serve get connected to help faster.
