Dayana Vincent

Serves as the Founder, Director of Fourth Wave Foundation, India and has worked in the socio development space for over 2 decades. She has a Masters in Human Resource and an Advanced Management Program in Corporate Social Responsibility from Swedish Institute Stockholm, Sweden. Her important projects address the issues of child rights, inclusion and disability and youth drug prevention and education.  Has papers and articles co-authored as Joseph D published in Springer and The International Society of Business, Economics, and Ethics (ISBEE). She is as Task Force member on Special Problems of Social Groups. for the Office of the State Education Policy Commission.

Her unique innovative social- developmental model of instilling community participation in change has own her projects various recognitions and awards. Her pioneering work at Fourth Wave Foundation has been recognised, a few are the Digital Equity Accelerator Award by HP Global Foundation and HP Inc, 13th National Award for Universal Design - National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP), Millennium Alliance Award - Education & COVID-19 Innovation by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt of India. She featured by Kerala Insider as ‘50 Most Influential People in Kerala’ and Awarded the Prestigious Zero Project Award 2024 at the United Nations in Vienna, for Innovation in Inclusive Education and ICT.

Youth leadership plays a pivotal role in driving significant social, environmental, and political change. This presentation explores the youth leadership model adopted by the Fourth Wave Foundation, which over the past two decades has mobilised thousands of young individuals to be catalysts of change through collaborative, community-focused initiatives, including those specifically aimed at substance use prevention.
