Dr. Sameer Ul Khaliq Jan is a PhD in Social Work and Lecturer at the Department of Social Work, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal, Dir Upper, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, with over 10 years of experience in teaching and research.
His academic and research work focuses on substance use disorders, with particular expertise in prevention, rehabilitation, and community-based interventions. He has published 35 research articles in the field of substance use disorder in national and international journals.
Dr. Jan actively supervises social work students conducting research on substance use-related issues, contributing to capacity building in the field.
