Gina Hofert, MA is the Chief Executive Officer of The SUDA Institute, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing equity in behavioral health through research, training, and community-driven solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in public health and social innovation, Gina brings expertise in systems-level strategies that support families impacted by substance use. Her work focuses on bridging research, practice, and policy to improve outcomes for women, children, and communities facing behavioral health disparities.

While she has found meaning in every professional role, Gina considers being a mother her most important one. This personal perspective fuels her passion for promoting health, wellness, and equity for all families.
