I am Ibrahim Babangida Lawal, the Chief Executive officer of Digital Data Clinic. A Nigerian Statistician from Katsina State currently serving as an expatriate with the Prevention of Drugs and rehabilitation agency in the Republic of Seychelles. With a B.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Abuja and an M.Sc. in view, I bring rigorous quantitative expertise to public health and drug demand reduction initiatives as a member of ISSUP.
My professional experience spans data analytics, monitoring and evaluation, survey design, and programme assessment across governmental and private institutions. He has led and supported research on social and health-related issues, applying statistical modelling and evidence-based analysis to inform policy, prevention strategies, and treatment interventions. A member of the Chartered Institute of Statisticians of Nigeria (CISON), I am committed to leveraging cross-sectoral data integration and collaborative analytics to strengthen coordinated responses to substance abuse and advance sustainable public health outcomes.
