Dr. Asmin Fransiska is a legal scholar specializing in drug policy, human rights, and international criminal law. She serves as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, where she also founded the Indonesian Center for Drugs Research (ICDR).

She holds a Doctor of Law from Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany, and an LL.M (Hons.) in International Human Rights Law from Northwestern University, USA. Her work focuses on evidence-based drug policy reform and the protection of vulnerable groups in the legal system.
