In January, the LMS Taskforce convened for the second time to begin developing ISSUP’s new Learning Management System (LMS). The meeting focused on reviewing and reflecting on the results of the Training Needs Assessment survey disseminated by ISSUP in November 2025.
The findings provided valuable insight into members’ priorities, learning preferences, and capacity-building needs. Together with ISSUP’s Training Team, the LMS Taskforce is using these results to inform the design and structure of the new LMS, ensuring it is responsive, user-centred, and aligned with the evolving needs of the network.
