El pasado 6 de mayo se realizó el Seminario sobre “Estrategias Locales sobre Drogas”, con la participación de responsables y técnicos de los Municipios de zonas de frontera entre Argentina y Paraguay. El Seminario estuvo organizado por el capítulo nacional de ISSUP en Argentina, respondiendo a las propuestas manifiestas por la Secretaría Nacional Antidrogas de Paraguay (SENAD) y por el Ministerio de Prevención de las Adicciones y Control de Drogas de la Provincia de Misiones, Argentina.
