The goal of the meeting is to present and discuss proposals in relation to the development of activities to reduce the demand for drugs, between Latin American and Caribbean universities, in coordination with the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (OAS/CICAD), and the International Consortium of Universities for Drug Demand Reduction (ICUDDR).
