Dr. Wouter Vanderplasschen head of the Department of Special Needs Education at Ghent University, Belgium, and Dr. Dijana Jerkovic, Assistant Professor at the Department of Criminology, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb, Croatia will present goo practice examples of enhanced implementation of Quality Standards throughout Europe.
