Call for Speakers: Webinars on the World Drug Report 2020
The VNGOC together with the UNODC Civil Society Team will be holding a series of webinars to present and discuss the World Drug Report 2020, which was launched on 26th June.
We are looking for civil society speakers wishing to present at these webinars, on how they use the data compiled in the World Drug Report each year and how these data impact their work.
The series will include one webinar in each of the following languages: English, French, Russian and Spanish. Each webinar will comprise welcome remarks from VNGOC and UNODC, a formal presentation of the World Drug Report 2020, one civil society panelist, and an open question and answer session.
- French webinar: 15th July 2020, 3 p.m. CEST
- English webinar: 27th July 2020, 2 p.m. CEST
- Spanish webinar: 28th July 2020, 4 p.m. CEST
- Russian webinar: 29th July 2020 12 p.m. (noon) CEST
In order to apply for a speaking slot at one of the webinars, please fill out the google form before Monday, 6th July 2020, 11.55 p.m. Vienna Time (CEST). Please make sure that your abstract is relevant to the topic, how you and your organization use the use the data compiled in the World Drug Report each year and how these data impact their work.
The form can be filled in English, French Russian or Spanish. In order to translate the text and the questions please open the form in the google chrome browser and click on the “translate” button in the upper right corner.
Selected speakers will be notified latest on July 8th 2020.
