Abstract:
Managers and leaders of SUD treatment services have a critical role in ensuring service operate in line with international standards and are effective and efficient.
However, there is a lack of guidance and support for managers on how to actually manage SUD treatment services.
This talk provides an overview of a new free resource “Managing drug use disorder treatment services in line with Key Quality Standards: a management handbook”. This resource will help managers bridge the implementation gap and improve the quality of their services.
