Research Assistant is hired for a newly funded project examining the intersection of alcohol use and liver health, although there is potential for Research Assistant to be tasked with working on other projects within the Center for Addiction and Disease Risk Exacerbation (CADRE), Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies (CAAS), or other Departments within Brown University.

Research Assistant’s activities include recruitment, screening, tracking, and retention of participants from local clinics and the community.

The research assistant is required to speak fluent Spanish to translate project materials from English to Spanish, and primarily to implement recruitment, day-to-day project activities, and retention of study participants who are Spanish-speaking.
