We are pleased to share details of this excellent opportunity for citizens of ASEAN and Timor-Leste aged 18-35 years old.

The Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) is the U.S. government’s signature initiative to engage emerging leaders in Southeast Asia. The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy Rangoon are partnering with ICUDDR to bring you this YSEALI training consisting of a series of three multi-day virtual workshops to be held in January, February, and March 2022.

The event will gather youth from all countries of ASEAN and Timor-Leste to examine and discuss how to better integrate existing youth- led and youth-focused initiatives to support drug demand reduction and promote mental wellness for youth.

The workshop will deepen participant knowledge of mental wellness as an additional tool for reduction of narcotics use, and how to better integrate existing youth-led and youth-focused initiatives and promote youth mental wellness.

Apply by 30 October 2021 over at the ICUDDR website where you can find the full event description and application details
